A six month coaching container designed to wake up your inner wild woman.

Every month for six months we will meet twice a month (every 2 weeks, ideally) on zoom. Sessions are client centered, meaning we move from where you are in the moment and go where you need. This is where the deeper work takes place to shift outdated beliefs in real time.

Between sessions you will have access to me via voice notes and text. Support is not live time like in the sessions, and is used for when little things pop up throughout the week.

My work is client centered. I don’t do cookie-cutter because we are all unique. There’s no one-size-fits-all over here. This program is fully customized to your specific goals and needs based on what you bring to the sessions, your own intuition (as well as mine), and your astrology chart. You are in control. Over the six months we work to build your self-trust and confidence, so we move with that in mind, always.

My approach touches on many modalities—coaching, astrology, somatic work, IFS, visualization, mindfulness based stress reduction, and mind-body awareness. During our time together I will pull from these modalities when appropriate.
